Measure and Improve

Spending money on the wrong channel isn't the biggest waste in MSP marketing. Not knowing whether it worked is. Without a way to measure results, you're flying blind, relying on "gut feel" to decide where the next marketing dollar goes.

Part 4 is about building the instrumentation for your marketing engine. We'll cover the tools you need (the tech stack), the data you should watch (analytics and KPIs), and how to interpret that data to make better decisions over time.

Scope: Measure and Improve covers tracking and interpreting results across every channel (analytics, CRM, KPIs, competitive tracking). It's the dashboard, not the campaigns themselves. For the campaigns and channels being measured, see Get Found, Get Trusted, and Get Kept. Unfamiliar with a metric like CAC, LTV, or KPI? See the Glossary page.
